For Chicken, Turkey and Pork
Ingredients:
- 8 oz. Sprelly Sweet Thai Chili Peanut Butter
- ¼ C lime juice
- ¼ C sherry vinegar
- ¾ C olive oil
- ½ C vegetable oil
- 1 tsp Lawry’s Seasoned Salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 medium onion
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and mix until combined. Marinade will have thick consistency.
For the most flavor marinate for 48 to 72 hours. Grill or roast the meat.
